The Medicare for All Act of 2019 (or HR 1384) is the only bill in the House of Reps that would create a single-payer healthcare system:

+ A public health insurance system. No profit for insurance companies!
+ Comprehensive coverage including dental, vision, mental health, prescription drugs, and long-term care.
+ Free at the point of service. No premiums, co-pays, or deductibles.

113 Congressmembers are co-sponsors. But Anna Eshoo has not signed on. Nor has she agreed to hear the bill in the Health Subcommittee she chairs.
