Last week (9/13/2018), unionized San José Marriott workers voted 91% YES to a strike.

We won't know when the strike starts until workers walk off the job, so sign up to support the workers using this form. Make sure you've installed Signal on your phone!

We will turn out in person, and we will be collecting funds to provide pizzas and other support on the picket lines.

We are also looking for volunteers to fill these roles:

LOCAL CONTACTS - live or work near downtown SJ, can check out the action or bring emergency supplies as needed

FUNDRAISER - help manage a YouCaring site to fundraise for pizza and/or other things. May also coordinate with A Slice of New York for pizza purchases!

SUPPLIES COORDINATOR - help keep track of a banner, signs, and other DSA supplies. Craft night to be determined

TEXT BANKER - help get the word out over text and/or signal
